By using the Timepiece Scout website and submitting a report request, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Timepiece Scout provides personalised watch recommendation reports based on information supplied by the customer. Reports are prepared by our team and delivered by email following a completed submission. We reserve the right to request clarification before commencing a report if the information provided is insufficient.
The standard price for a Timepiece Scout report is £50. If you are not satisfied with the recommendations in your report, you may request a revised report at no additional charge. The revised report will be based on updated or clarified preferences supplied by you.
Our recommendations are opinions based on the information you provide and our editorial knowledge of the watch market. They do not constitute financial advice. Watch values fluctuate and past performance of any timepiece on the secondary market is not a guarantee of future value. Timepiece Scout accepts no liability for purchasing decisions made in reliance on our reports.
Timepiece Scout is an independent service. We have no commercial relationships with any watch brands, retailers, or marketplaces mentioned in our reports. Our recommendations are made solely on the basis of our editorial judgement.
Reports produced by Timepiece Scout are for the personal use of the named recipient only. They may not be reproduced, redistributed, or published without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timepiece Scout shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or reliance on the content of a report.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
